Following her graduation from Baruch College, City University of New York, she began her career with BNP Paribas. Neha is a sales, marketing, and administrative whiz who is currently a Partner and Director at Innovision Estates, Swastik Group, Achole Developers (Capital Mall), and Northbay Estates. She brings invaluable experience to the real estate industry to plan sales strategies, oversee marketing initiatives, and make sure administrative procedures run smoothly.
Rushabh Shah is a highly qualified professional with over 15 years of construction and project management expertise, specializing in residential and commercial structures. With an engineering degree and a Masters from Syracuse University, NY, his career began at E&Y and EMC before transitioning to real estate development. As a partner at Innovision Estates and Northbay Estates, Rushabh brings extensive experience to successfully execute various projects, leveraging his diverse background and corporate learnings to drive strategic initiatives and oversee construction endeavors.
Darpan Shah, a seasoned real estate professional with over 12 years of expertise in land acquisition and development across Maharashtra, began his journey after earning an MBA from Symbiosis University, Pune.
